I am an internationally acclaimed voice in wellness and I split my time between central North Carolina and Northern California.
I co-founded The Underbelly, a unique and inclusive wellness experience featuring yoga classes taught by me, and a curated collection of products to enhance your wellbeing. I also co-host Dear Jessamyn, a podcast encompassing real, raw, and rarely sugar-coated conversations about relationships and loving outside the box..
When not manifesting or in a yoga flow state, I can be found staring at the sky or soaking in our world’s finest rivers and bathtubs. I collect vintage furniture and I’m surrogate mother to several very charismatic cats, plants and the cutest chihuahua you’ve ever seen.

My first book, ‘Every Body Yoga: Let Go of Fear. Get On the Mat. Love Your Body’, has inspired global audiences to discover the power of yoga and self-acceptance. My second book, ‘YOKE: My Yoga of Self-Acceptance’ is coming Spring 2021.
I’m a regular contributor for SELF Magazine and is consistently featured in many media outlets, including The New York Times, CNN, Good Morning America, Vogue, InStyle, BET, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Allure, Shape, Out Magazine, and Forbes to name a few.
I also co-hosts a podcast by Tender Fire Media titled Dear Jessamyn. Named one of the best sex podcasts to listen to by Harper’s Bazaar, the show offers fresh perspectives on relationships, sex, and lifestyles for anyone living and loving outside the box.
I’m the Co-Founder of We Go High NC, a southern Cannabis Justice organization working to increase cannabis access in prohibition states like mine, and highlight the natural connection between cannabis consumption and prison abolition. The organization operates on a simple truth: No One Should Be In Jail For Weed.
