Become more adventurous about a creating your personal yoga practice! This workshop is fundamentally about body love and body positivity, with a focus on empowering new yoga practitioners. Learn to create your own enjoyable at-home yoga practice with confidence and ease.
This weekend you will learn:
- The fundamentals of building a typical vinyasa-style yoga practice
- A creative method for designing personalized yoga flows using your imagination and the wisdom of your body
- To cultivate self-compassion and love for your body to experience more freedom on the mat and in your life.
As you participate in yoga classes, one-on-one sharing, group discussion, and journaling, you will tap your inner wisdom and learn to expand your yoga practice so it can positively affect every aspect of your life. I will give hands-on adjustments, consultations, and advice, and you will have the opportunity to share fears, vulnerabilities, and concerns during group sessions.
The weekend will end with a class-curated yoga flow, with every student contributing a segment to the sequencing. You will return home with the skills to redesign your robust personal practice again and again.
